Baby Shark Bubblepong Friends Selected for Google 2021 Changgu Program 3rd Cohort
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] KH Electron announced that its subsidiary Haru Entertainment's game in development, "Agisang-eo Bubble Pong Friends (working title)," has been selected for the Google 2021 Changgu Program Season 3.
The Google 2021 Changgu Program is a project supported by Google Play and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to help domestic app and game developers enhance their content and expand into overseas markets. Agisang-eo Bubble Pong Friends was ranked 14th among the 80 companies finally selected for Season 3 of the Changgu Program. The selection process consists of three stages: document evaluation, app content demonstration evaluation, and presentation evaluation, based on criteria such as technical completeness, originality, and potential for global market entry. A total of 80 developers are selected. To serve as a gateway connecting domestic developers with overseas markets, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups provides commercialization funding. Google Play offers various growth support packages, including app and game quality improvement, global expansion and marketing, and monetization strategy consulting.
Agisang-eo Bubble Pong Friends features a classic bubble shooter genre with over 1,000 stages in a faithful single-player mode, as well as a "Battle Royale 101" mode where 101 global users participate and compete. It is a collection-type casual game that satisfies users' desire to collect by gathering and customizing characters.
