NC, First Domestic Game Company to Publish 'Sustainability Management Report'
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] NCSoft announced on the 12th that it has published a report containing its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management vision and achievements, becoming the first domestic game company to do so.
On the same day, NCSoft separately launched a sustainability management page on its official website and disclosed the entire report.
The report includes the management vision and detailed activities centered on the corporate value 'PUSH, PLAY.'
NCSoft focused on four areas to embrace greater social diversity both inside and outside of its content: 'Healthy organizational culture, enjoyment without prejudice,' 'Trustworthy global service environment,' 'Technology development and ethical values for human-centered artificial intelligence (AI) development,' and 'Providing opportunities for future generations.'
The report also outlines detailed activities for sustainable management, including establishing governance principles and ethical regulations, employee care, customer communication, community engagement activities, and environmental management efforts.
