[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] Lock&Lock announced on the 12th that it has launched a 'vacuum pet food container' that stores pet food fresh and safely.
The newly released vacuum pet food container is a small home appliance utilizing the technology of the vacuum rice container, which was launched last year and gained popularity. According to the company, it can solve problems such as insects and dust contamination caused by leaving pet food at room temperature.
The Lock&Lock vacuum pet food container is equipped with the 'Smart Lock System' technology that automatically detects internal pressure and maintains a vacuum state. It removes internal air to create a vacuum state and maintains a vacuum pressure of 10~20 kPa (kilopascals) to keep pet food fresh for 365 days. It also minimizes nutrient destruction.
The usage is simple. After pressing the one-touch vacuum button, pressing the lid for 3 seconds creates the optimal vacuum state. The LED status indicator allows users to check the vacuum operation status such as charging, vacuuming, vacuum release, and air inflow.
The interior is divided into three partitions to separate and store food or snacks. The product body is made of opaque material to block direct sunlight and prevent the food from drying out. It has a transparent window and scale markings to easily check the amount of stored food at a glance. The food container can be separated from the lid for washing with water.
The vacuum pet food container can be purchased at the official Lock&Lock online mall, Lock&Lock Mall, and Emart Traders.
