Jeonju City Adds 180 Additional Pedestrian Street Name Signs
[Jeonju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] Jeonju City will expand the installation of street nameplates for the convenience of pedestrians.
Jeonju City announced on the 11th that it will invest a total project cost of 30 million KRW to install an additional 180 pedestrian street nameplates on side streets, alleys, and intersections by the 30th of next month.
The pedestrian street nameplates display the walking direction, Korean street name, Romanized street name, and basic (building) number.
In the first half of this year, Jeonju City also installed 940 pedestrian street nameplates, bringing the total number of pedestrian street nameplates installed to 13,056.
