Hi Investment & Securities, 'Non-face-to-face IRP' Lifetime Free Fee Event
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Hi Investment & Securities announced on the 9th that it will fully implement a fee waiver benefit for non-face-to-face individual retirement pensions (IRP).
This benefit exempts both management fees and asset management fees for life. It applies equally not only to customers newly subscribing to non-face-to-face IRP but also to those who have already subscribed to IRP non-face-to-face. Non-face-to-face IRP subscriptions can be made through Hi Investment & Securities' smartphone stock trading system (MTS) called 'Tuija-ui Him' (The Power of Investment).
Along with the fee waiver, Hi Investment & Securities will also strengthen customer management for non-face-to-face IRP clients. Customers who subscribe non-face-to-face are required to designate a management branch to receive management from a pension manager. Through a system that allows regular communication with the pension manager, the company plans to simultaneously improve IRP product yields and customer satisfaction.
