[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] A total of 26 new COVID-19 cases, including family transmission, have been reported in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
According to Goyang City quarantine authorities on the 7th, 3 cases were confirmed on the evening of the previous day (6th), and as of 4 p.m. on the same day, 23 cases were confirmed, totaling 26 new COVID-19 cases.
The sources of infection include contact with confirmed cases from other regions (5 people), family transmission (7 people), contact with acquaintances (4 people), and 10 others are under epidemiological investigation.
By residence, there are 4 cases in Deogyang-gu, 13 in Ilsandong-gu, 8 in Ilsanseo-gu, and 1 from another region.
