Lee So-young, the party spokesperson, told reporters after the Supreme Council meeting on the morning of the same day, "The Seoul City Party immediately launched an investigation regarding the allegations of spousal assault by the Gangdong District mayor," adding, "If the investigation results are promptly obtained, the party and the city party will respond strictly."
