Teenagers Steal Car, Drive Without License, Hang onto Police Car, and Flee... Bold Teens
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] Teenagers who stole a car and drove without a license were caught by the police.
The Guro Police Station in Seoul announced on the 2nd that two teenage male students, including A, have been booked and are under investigation on charges of special theft and others.
According to the police, A and others are suspected of stealing a car parked in the parking lot of a restaurant in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, around 3 a.m. on the 31st of last month.
They were driving the stolen car around Yeongdeungpo-gu and Guro-gu and were caught by the police who responded to a report around 7:35 p.m. on the same day.
During the arrest, it was investigated that they clung to a police officer trying to stop the car and fled for about 1 km.
