'Movie ON' Clicks Increase by 278% Compared to Previous Period
[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] ‘D’Live ON,’ which offers a variety of premium movies and dramas, has emerged as the new killer content of D’Live OTTv.
D’Live Digital OTT Broadcasting announced on the 29th that the D’Live ON service, launched at the end of June, recorded a cumulative click rate increase of 36% compared to the existing ‘D’Live i’ and 278% compared to ‘Movie ON’ over three weeks.
At the end of June, D’Live Digital OTT Broadcasting integrated the existing paid movie and drama app Movie ON and the mainly free content service D’Live i to launch D’Live ON.
While the existing Movie ON and D’Live i mainly focused on movie content, D’Live ON offers over 13,000 pieces of content including the latest movies by genre such as SF, action, drama, documentary, melodrama, kids, family, and comedy, as well as overseas series from countries including China and Japan.
D’Live also provides the latest popular movies, including simultaneous theater releases and first releases available as video on demand (VOD), and attributes the increased user satisfaction primarily to intuitive content programming aligned with the latest trends. Convenient services such as content resume and section-specific thumbnails are also offered. Simple one-time membership registration and credit card registration procedures enable easy payment with a purchase password for paid transactions.
