The app can be used by any agent selling Hanwha General Insurance products, including exclusive agents as well as cross and corporate agency (GA) agents, enabling them to handle key tasks such as subscription planning, underwriting, application, and recruitment.
Agents can design insurance subscriptions anytime and anywhere, and instantly send results to customers, which is expected to speed up sales response times. Additionally, the system was developed to allow customers to self-report sensitive information such as medical history using their smartphones, thereby enhancing personal information security.
The application also added a smartphone electronic signature feature during the application process to improve customer convenience and reduce unnecessary paperwork.
