The ‘Field Consulting for Practical Application of New Technologies for Regional Specialized Crops’ is an educational method introduced to solve problems by crop type for farmers cultivating the same crops. Experts for each crop are invited to the field to conduct a Q&A style education on soil management, cultivation physiology, pests and diseases, and more.
In this training, a grape expert from the Rural Development Administration was invited to the orchard in Geumjeong-myeon to conduct consulting through Q&A on high-temperature water management, fertilization management, sugar content management, coloration management, and countermeasures for physiological disorders.
A farmer who attended the training said, “Receiving a diagnosis of the Shine Muscat’s condition before harvest was very helpful, and it was a time to resolve concerns about water management methods inside the greenhouse.”
