Air Seoul Launches 'Luggage Delivery Service' from Gimpo Airport to Jeju Accommodations
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Air Seoul announced on the 22nd that starting from the 26th, it will launch a ‘baggage delivery service’ at the check-in counters of Gimpo Airport, allowing passengers to pick up their checked luggage at any desired location within Jeju Island.
The ‘baggage delivery service’ is implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Korea Airports Corporation for passenger convenience, and is operated by the baggage delivery company ‘Jimgari’. The service fees are 15,000 KRW for a standard carry-on and 20,000 KRW for oversized luggage such as golf bags and bicycles.
The baggage delivery service is available for passengers departing from Gimpo Airport and arriving at Jeju Airport. To use the service, reservations must be made through Jimgari’s website by 6 PM the day before departure.
Passengers who have reserved the baggage delivery service should take a photo of their luggage on the day of departure, upload it to Jimgari’s mobile website, and then check in their luggage with the baggage delivery sticker attached at the Air Seoul check-in counter.
After arriving in Jeju Island, the delivery company will collect the luggage and safely transport it to the location pre-designated by the passenger, allowing for a light and enjoyable trip.

This service is expected to save time and provide high convenience.”
