On this day, Sinan County Governor Park Woo-ryang, Hana Bank Vice President Jung Min-sik, Regional Headquarters Director Lee Tae-young, and others attended and signed a business agreement for project promotion at the Sinan County Office video conference room.
Accordingly, Sinan County plans to relocate and newly build Heuksan Daycare Center with a total area of 198.4㎡ at the southwesternmost point of the country, aiming to open in 2023, with a total project cost of 840 million KRW, including 470 million KRW supported by Hana Financial Group and 227.87 million KRW from national and provincial funds.
Heuksan Daycare Center, located on the first floor of the Comprehensive Welfare Center, had a very poor childcare environment and urgent need for new construction due to safety issues such as vulnerability to infectious disease prevention.
Governor Park Woo-ryang said, “To strengthen the public nature of childcare and provide high-quality services, building public childcare infrastructure must come first,” and added, “We will continue to provide administrative support to improve the childcare environment.”
Hana Bank Vice President Jung Min-sik said at the signing ceremony, “We are very honored to establish the first Hana Financial daycare center in an island area on Heuksan Island, Sinan, to provide balanced childcare services,” and added, “Hana Financial Group will continue to strive for high-quality infant and toddler care.”
