Partnering with Naver 'Balex' to Launch Premium Delivery Service
Naver is partnering with specialized logistics company Valex to launch a premium delivery service.
On the 20th, Naver announced that it will start a high-quality premium delivery service together with Valex for customers who pre-order the upcoming Samsung Electronics 'Galaxy Tab S7 FE.'
Valex is a specialized freight transport company that delivers products safely using security vehicles equipped with safes, CCTV, and GPS. Customers can specify the delivery time and location in advance, and a dedicated delivery specialist from Valex will personally hand over the product accordingly.
The premium delivery for Samsung Electronics' 'Galaxy Tab S7 FE' is a service offered exclusively through Naver's official Samsung Electronics sales channel and is available only to users who purchase during the pre-order period from the 19th to the 21st.
During the special shopping live event commemorating the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab at 8 PM on the last day of pre-orders, the 21st, a lottery will be held to offer 'midnight (0:00) delivery.' Some lucky winners will be able to receive their Galaxy Tab immediately at midnight on the 23rd, experiencing the benefit of being the first to get the new product.
Naver plans to expand various delivery service supports for Smart Store sellers through its fulfillment data platform 'NFA,' including preferred date delivery in addition to premium delivery. As premium delivery becomes more established, service categories such as luxury goods, electronics, and high-end jewelry will expand, and service synergies with Naver Gift and others are also expected.
