Emergency Patient in Their 70s Occurs on Shinan Haedo Cut Off by Sea Route

View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Seo Young-seo] Mokpo Maritime Police Station (Chief Im Jae-su) announced on the 16th that at 9:29 PM on the 15th, they received a report that Ms. A (female, in her 70s) had fallen on the road and severely injured her face on Haedo Island, Sinan-gun, and immediately dispatched a patrol boat.
Upon arrival at the scene, the maritime police boarded the patient and her guardian onto the patrol boat and began emergency transport, safely handing them over to the 119 ambulance team waiting at Shimi Port, Jindo-gun, at around 10:51 PM.
Ms. A, who was urgently transported with the help of the maritime police, is reported to be receiving treatment at a hospital in Mokpo.
