Financial Security Institute Conducts 2022 New Employee Recruitment
The Financial Security Institute announced on the 15th that it will conduct recruitment for new employees in 2022.
The recruitment fields are general planning and IT (including information security). The recruitment announcement will be made in August, and the final successful candidates will be selected in December.
Candidates will be selected through document screening, written tests, and interviews. For the written test, a basic work competency exam based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) has been added. Personality tests and major subject exams are also planned.
In the IT field, a basic coding test will be conducted to evaluate applicants' technical skills. Winners of hacking competitions will receive preferential treatment in the written test.

The exams will be conducted in a blind format, excluding information such as educational background, age, and gender.
