Gimhae City Council Forms Special Budget and Accounts Committee to Review the 1st Supplementary Budget Proposal of 2021
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] The Gimhae City Council in Gyeongnam announced on the 13th that it has formed a Special Committee on Budget and Accounts to comprehensively review the '2021 First Supplementary Budget Proposal' at the 1st plenary session of the 238th extraordinary meeting held on the 12th.
The Special Committee on Budget and Accounts consists of a total of 13 council members: Eom Jeong, Kim Hyeong-su, Kim Chang-su, Kim Jong-geun, Ryu Myeong-yeol, Jeong Jun-ho, Joo Jeong-young, Choi Dong-seok, Kim Myeong-hee, Hwang Hyun-jae, Kim Jin-gyu, Park Eun-hee, and Heo Yun-ok.
At the 1st meeting of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts, convened to appoint the chairperson, Council Member Kim Chang-su was appointed as chairperson, and Council Member Jeong Jun-ho was appointed as vice-chairperson.
The scale of the supplementary budget proposal is 2.035 trillion won, which is an increase of 130.6 billion won (119.1 billion won in the general account and 11.5 billion won in the special account) compared to the original budget, and it will be finalized at the 2nd plenary session opening on the 23rd.
