In the cancer immunotherapy session, Professor Yoon Miseon of Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital presented on "Radiation-Immunotherapy Combination for Refractory Cancers," and Professor Min Jeongjun discussed "Bacteria-Based Live Biotherapeutics," attracting significant interest.
Professor Jo Jaeho of Chonnam National University College of Medicine gave a presentation on "Differentiation of Tumor-Infiltrating CD8 T Cells and Prediction of Correlation with Cancer Antigen Immunogenicity."
Big data application cases were also revealed. Director Choi Byunggwan of the Medical Information Center at Pusan National University Hospital introduced the "Data-Centered Hospital Project," and Professor Choi Gwison of the National Cancer Center discussed "Efforts to Build and Activate Big Data Utilization."
Professor Lee Donggeon of the Department of Infectious Diseases at Catholic University College of Medicine and Professor Choi Wonseok of the Department of Infectious Diseases at Korea University College of Medicine continued with presentations on cancer patient treatment and vaccination in the era of infectious diseases.
President Shin Myeonggeun of Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital stated, "Realizing advanced medical care based on precision medicine, immunotherapy, and big data is the goal of future medicine and the objective of Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital. We hope this symposium becomes a valuable academic event where many researchers exchange scholarly inspiration and serves as an opportunity for Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital to continuously grow as a world-class cancer healing hospital."
