Introducing Customized ESG Training for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) unveiled a customized ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) online education program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies on the 13th. This video series, titled "ESG from A to Z," will be released in three installments at one-week intervals on the KCCI website and YouTube channel.
This initiative responds to the growing demand for ESG practices not only from large corporations but also from their SME and mid-sized partners. It aims to enhance corporate understanding and develop practical response strategies. The program is structured in stages, starting with the basics of ESG concepts, necessity, and recent trends, followed by sector-specific tasks, ESG legal issues, corporate disclosure, and evaluation. Speakers include experts from international organizations, consulting firms, law firms, and universities.
