[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) will operate the "Real Estate Consultation Desk with Residents" from July 19 to 23.
The "Real Estate Consultation Desk with Residents" is an annual real estate administrative service operated by the district, staffed by experts in various fields such as certified real estate agents, appraisers, Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation, and tax accountants. The consultants are expected to clearly resolve questions regarding changing real estate regulations, disputes, and mediation each year.
The consultation topics include ▲ real estate-related dispute counseling and sales/lease dispute mediation ▲ individual official land price and compensation appraisal ▲ boundary disputes and cadastral surveying ▲ tax law and real estate-related taxes, allowing residents to solve complex real estate issues with just one phone call.
This consultation will be conducted remotely via phone to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Residents who wish to consult can call the Jungnang-gu Office Real Estate Information Division without any prior reservation or application and receive consultation with an expert on the same day.
Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, "This real estate consultation desk will contribute to protecting the property rights of residents," and added, "We will continue to strive to provide customized real estate services that help residents."

Since last year, the district has switched the real estate consultation desk from face-to-face to non-face-to-face operation to prevent the spread of COVID-19. So far, a total of 210 consultations have been conducted, helping residents resolve real estate issues.
