Gyeonggi-do Supports Small Business Owners' Entry into Online Markets
25 Companies, 100 Products... Product Consulting and Detailed Page Production
[Asia Economy Reporter La Young-cheol] Gyeonggi Province is helping 25 small business owners within the province enter online markets.
According to the province on the 8th, 25 companies and 100 products were selected as support targets this year. Support will be provided from preparing for online market entry (document preparation, product registration, etc.) to product consulting (product planning, storytelling, etc.) and detailed page production (product photography, etc.).
The online channels for entry include Domemae, Gmarket, Auction, 11st, Naver Shopping, etc., with support reflecting the opinions of the selected companies. Each supported company can submit up to 5 products.
The province plans to hold a product evaluation meeting composed of external experts, comprehensively considering factors such as enthusiasm, success potential, feasibility of business plans, price competitiveness, and stability to select support targets.
Small business owners in the province who wish to enter online markets can participate, and even those already entered in online markets can join if they want to enter other online markets separate from the ones they currently operate.
This project aims to respond to the changing consumption and distribution environment, such as the expansion of the non-face-to-face online market, and to help small business owners in the province enter online markets such as open markets and social commerce, thereby expanding sales channels and strengthening competitiveness.
