Yeongdeungpo-gu, Multicultural Content Contest Announcement
Content Contest on Cultural Diversity Theme... Online Submissions Accepted Until July 31
Open to Yeongdeungpo Residents as Well as Employees, Students, and Group Members Located in the District
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Yeongdeungpo-gu is holding a 'Multicultural Content Contest' with the theme of cultural diversity from the 1st to the 31st of this month.
This contest was prepared with the purpose of raising awareness of cultural diversity in daily life through the process of creating content directly, and creating a society where both domestic and foreign residents respect each other and live together harmoniously.
The contest categories are slogan, poster, and video (UCC), with multiple submissions allowed in each category. Not only domestic and foreign residents of Yeongdeungpo-gu but also members of workplaces, schools, and organizations located in the district can apply individually or as a team of up to five people.
The contest themes include any content related to 'cultural diversity as I think and we share,' such as recognizing and accepting cultural differences, creating a society that embraces and respects diverse families, and fostering a beautiful society where our children understand and experience each other's differences. Submissions can be sent via email to the Child and Youth Welfare Division.
Submitted works will be judged based on creativity, public value, usability, thematic relevance, completeness, and effort. Winners will be selected by category as one grand prize team, two excellence award teams, and two encouragement award teams. Awarded teams will receive certificates and cultural gift certificates as prize money.
Additionally, the winning works will be actively utilized in multicultural projects, education, and events such as promotional material production to contribute to enhancing local residents' knowledge and sensitivity toward multiculturalism.
For detailed information about the contest, please refer to the 'Multicultural Content Contest' announcement posted in the Notices/Announcements section on the Yeongdeungpo-gu website.
