The 'Cooperative Profit Sharing System' refers to sharing profits generated from transactions according to a prior agreement. Last year, Namyang Dairy Products became the first in the industry to introduce an autonomous cooperative profit sharing system. Namyang Dairy Products distributes profits equivalent to 5% of the net operating profit generated from deliveries to Nonghyup to its delivery dealerships. The first cooperative profit payment was made in June, one year after the system was introduced. Namyang Dairy Products plans to operate this system on a trial basis for the next five years.
