Bando Construction Obtains Safety and Health Management System Certification

Bando Construction announced on the 5th that it has obtained the Safety and Health Management System (KOSHA 18001) certification from the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency.
The Safety and Health Management System is a domestic safety and health system independently established by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency.
Bando Construction has been pursuing the Safety and Health Management System certification since last year to reduce accident risks and prevent major disasters through safety management at construction sites, compliance with construction procedures, and protection of workers' rights. After on-site inspections and certification audits in March, the company successfully obtained the certification.
To acquire the certification, Bando Construction has continuously implemented ▲ safety system training for all employees ▲ establishment of safety operation processes at headquarters and sites ▲ safety management inspections and enhanced training led by the CEO ▲ sharing of preemptive safety management systems through cooperation with partner companies ▲ hosting company-wide presentations on excellent safety and health activities.
