Gas Explosion in Basement Level 1 of Building in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul... 1 Injured
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] At around 9 a.m. on the 30th, a gas explosion occurred in a basement level 1 office of a building in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
As a result of the accident, a man in his 70s sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital, and the building residents evacuated. Additionally, a restaurant located on the building's first floor was partially destroyed, and glass windows were broken as fragments scattered onto surrounding buildings and vehicles.
