Innocean Achieves Grand Prix at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity... Highest Award Since Establishment
Innocean Worldwide won the highest-ever Gold Lion at the world's largest advertising festival, the 2020·2021 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

The work that won one Gold Lion in the Health & Wellness category and one Silver Lion in the Design category at this year’s Cannes Lions was the Printed by Parkinson campaign. This was produced by Innocean Europe (IWE). This achievement is significant as it marks Innocean’s first Gold Lion award since its establishment and represents a new attempt to visualize data, whose importance is increasing with digitalization, into creative outputs.
Printed by Parkinson is a campaign planned in collaboration with Charit? University Hospital in Berlin, Europe’s largest hospital group, to raise awareness about Parkinson’s disease, which is the fastest-growing neurological disorder. It was highly praised for proposing solutions through the fusion of cutting-edge technology and creativity.
Innocean identified objects that six Parkinson’s patients found difficult to use due to hand tremors and undertook special production. Their motor and neurological data were recorded using electronic systems and accelerometers, then applied to a 3D printer to produce each item in bronze. The art objects visualizing the impact of Parkinson’s disease on patients’ lives were sold at an exhibition, and the proceeds were donated to Charit? University Hospital’s research projects.
