"All Grains in One Place"... Lotte Mart Launches Brand 'Ogokbaekgwa'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Lotte Mart announced on the 28th that it will launch a mixed grain brand called ‘Ogokbaekgwa.’ To allow customers to easily choose mixed grains according to their preferences, they introduced 20 products under five themes: texture, health, ready-to-cook rice without soaking, food-themed comics, and world grains.
The mixed grains themed around texture include a crunchy texture mix containing barley and oats, and a chewy texture mix containing glutinous rice, glutinous barley, and glutinous brown rice. The health-specialized mixed grains include varieties that are easy to digest, and there are also ready-to-cook mixed grains that can be cooked immediately in white rice mode without soaking.
Additionally, they offer seasonal grains recommended by food enthusiasts for spring, summer, fall, and winter; a “Mom’s Table” mixed grain created by a chef from a nameless restaurant in the Foodie Village, inspired by the rice his mother cooked; and mixed grains from around the world blended with optimal recipes.
