[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] Regarding the collapse of a high-rise apartment building that occurred on the 24th (local time) in Florida, USA, it has been confirmed that there are no casualties among our Korean residents so far.
On the 25th, a Ministry of Foreign Affairs official told reporters, "As of now, there have been no reports of damage to our nationals related to this incident."
The official said, "The relevant consulate has notified about the accident and issued a warning to Korean nationals, including Korean Americans, to avoid approaching the accident site," adding, "We are also checking for any possible additional casualties."
