As part of the corporate public campaign "Our Mountains and Rivers, Green and Greener," Yuhan-Kimberly has been cultivating urban forests so that citizens can enjoy forests and nature within the city. Since 2016, it has been creating various gardens in places such as Hangang Park and Seoul Forest together with Seoul Green Trust.
Previously, Yuhan-Kimberly created the Seollem Garden in Seoul Forest, where eco-friendly small weddings can be enjoyed, and established the first winter garden using metasequoia trees from Gaepo-dong, which are disappearing due to redevelopment.
The newly planned winter garden utilizes moss that does not go dormant even in midwinter and includes a mini greenhouse where the garden can be maintained throughout all four seasons. According to Yuhan-Kimberly, it features plants especially attractive in winter, such as birch and thuja.
