According to E-Land Electronics, from May 1st to the 20th of this month, dehumidifier sales increased by 30% compared to the same period last year.
The home appliance industry is releasing various new dehumidifier models. These include small-capacity dehumidifiers for the steadily growing single-person households and large-capacity dehumidifiers for multi-person households.
An E-Land Electronics representative said, "Following last year's long rainy season, the frequent rain this year has brought dehumidifiers, which had been neglected for a while, back into popularity," and added, "We expect that climate changes will continue to influence the popularity of home appliances."
