The first cohort consists of 60 selected members from various ranks, ranging from managers to department heads (branch managers). Through group coaching and expert guest lectures from leading domestic female leadership and coaching specialists, they plan to strengthen their leadership capabilities and serve as in-house mentors to provide mentoring to female employees.
Woori Bank plans to accelerate organizational innovation, such as ‘customer-centric digital transformation’ utilizing the delicate and soft sensibilities of female personnel, following the inauguration ceremony. The bank expects that having a rich talent pool through the female leader development program will maximize organizational productivity and competitiveness.
