View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyewon] Domestic car trading platform Encar.com announced on the 21st that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with battery manufacturer LG Energy Solution to create synergy in the electric vehicle new business.
The signing ceremony for this business agreement was held on the 18th at Encar.com's headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, attended by Park Honggyu, Executive Director of Encar.com's Business Headquarters, and Jang Seungse, Executive Director of LG Energy Solution's Management Strategy Headquarters.
Through this strategic partnership, both companies will collaborate to revitalize the used electric vehicle market by ▲discovering business opportunities for electric vehicle and battery specialized diagnostic services ▲cooperating in the commercialization of evaluation and certification services for dealer and personal electric vehicle batteries.
Encar.com plans to develop diagnostic products specialized for dealer and personal electric vehicles. LG Energy Solution will develop evaluation certification systems, processes, and service products based on electric vehicle battery data.
