The consultants produced this time are the 35th class, who passed the 2020 exam. With increased interest in the exam following the enactment of the Consultant Act, the number of second-stage exam passers was recorded at 341 (pass rate 29.5%), an increase of about 41% compared to the previous year. Among them, the association explained that practical training was conducted for 299 applicants, all of whom completed the program.
The consultant training was conducted from April 16 to this month’s 12th, with 60 hours of practical training held online remotely, and 40 hours of field training conducted both online and offline. The completion ceremony was held on the last day of the practical training.
Kim Oh-yeon, president of the Consulting Association, said, “Although this year’s practical training was mainly conducted remotely, the enthusiasm and response of the new consultants were hotter than any other year,” adding, “The 35th class consultants will actively support small and medium enterprises and small business owners by forming teams with senior consultants in the ‘WIN-WIN 3000 Consulting Talent Donation’ project conducted by the association to overcome the COVID-19 crisis.”
