On the morning of the same day, Gwangsan District signed a business agreement with three dedicated medical institutions for child abuse and the Together Gwangsan Sharing Culture Foundation for the prevention of child abuse and support for abused children.
Gwangsan District, which has established a Child Protection Team and operates a 24-hour response system, designated three institutions?Advanced General Hospital, Suwan Central Hospital, and Gwangsan Hana Children's Hospital?as 'Dedicated Medical Institutions for Child Abuse' to provide prompt and integrated medical support for abused children.
According to the agreement, the dedicated medical institutions will establish a professional treatment system including pediatrics, emergency medicine, and surgery to provide prompt treatment for children suspected of abuse and offer circumstantial opinions on abused children.
The Together Gwangsan Sharing Culture Foundation will support medical expenses for abused children.
