The Gyeongnam Provincial Fire Headquarters will actively distribute emergency first aid kits to senior centers in rural and fishing villages with a large elderly population to support safety services for the elderly.
The installation targets 100 rural fishing and farming villages that lack pharmacies, public health centers, or are located far from 119 Safety Centers (ambulance services).
The main items included in the senior center emergency first aid kits are 14 types of medical supplies such as sterile gauze and Airpas.
