Gwangju Buk-gu Recruiting Participants for 'Free Senior Health Checkup' Until the 18th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Moon In) announced on the 15th that it is recruiting candidates for the '2021 Free Senior Health Checkup' until the 18th.
The recruitment target is medical aid recipients aged 65 or older, and applications can be made by visiting or calling the local administrative welfare center in their residential area.
The checkups will be conducted from the 28th of this month to the 15th of next month at the Population Health and Welfare Association Gwangju Jeonnam Branch.
Checkup candidates will receive examinations on 17 items including primary basic medical examination, blood tests, and other tests. Those with suspicious findings or existing diseases from the primary diagnosis can also receive secondary examinations for each relevant disease.
The health checkup is free of charge, and for more details, inquiries can be made to the Senior and Disabled Welfare Division of Buk-gu Office.
