Goal to Open Within the Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Honda Korea announced on the 11th that it plans to expand its service network to meet service demand and improve customer satisfaction.
Honda Korea, aiming to be number one in customer service (CS), is carrying out various activities and plans to open a new service network targeting Seoul and the southern Gyeonggi region, where service demand has recently increased.
To this end, Honda Korea is currently recruiting partner companies, including official dealers, to open the new service network. After screening and evaluation, it plans to select a preferred negotiation candidate in July and open the service network within the year.
