Korea Technology Finance Corporation Appoints Jang Se-hong as New Auditor
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Jung Yoon-mo, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 11th that Jang Se-hong, former CEO of IBK Savings Bank, has been appointed as the new auditor. Jang's term as auditor is two years, until June 10, 2023.
Born in 1961, Auditor Jang graduated from Geochang High School and Dong-A University with a degree in Economics. He joined IBK Industrial Bank in 1989 and served as head of the Busan Regional Headquarters, deputy head of the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Group, and CEO of IBK Savings Bank.

The auditor of Kibo is appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Minister of Strategy and Finance, following the review and resolution of the Public Institution Management Committee, based on multiple recommendations from the Executive Recommendation Committee in accordance with the Act on the Management of Public Institutions.
