On the 10th, Hanwha General Insurance announced that it signed a business agreement with PersonaAI at its Yeouido headquarters for the 'Introduction of AI-based Insurance Robo-teller.'
Through this agreement, Hanwha General Insurance plans to gradually open services by June next year, including ▲script automation where the robo-teller explains products and records under the supervision of counselors during the TM contract process, ▲contract automation that proceeds with subscription design and application, and ▲ARS advancement where the robo-teller recognizes the customer's voice when using ARS and moves to the desired menu. In addition, to guarantee consumer rights, complete sales monitoring will also be performed using the robo-teller, and the system will be built and operated step-by-step over the next two years.
Choi Yong-min, Head of Digital Strategy Team at Hanwha General Insurance, said, "In preparation for improving non-face-to-face insurance service systems suitable for the post-COVID-19 era, we will establish an accurate and easy insurance subscription process that can quickly respond to customer questions or additional explanation requests using AI voice bots." He added, "Based on a hybrid sales system combining face-to-face and non-face-to-face methods, we will enhance customer convenience while strengthening consumer protection functions."
