Two Emergency Patients with Arm Fracture and Skull Fracture Occur Consecutively
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shim Kyung-taek] The Yeosu Maritime Police Station in Jeollanam-do announced that two emergency patients occurred consecutively on Geomundo Island and were urgently transported by doctor helicopter.
According to Yeosu Maritime Police, on the 7th at around 3:34 PM, Mr. A (39 years old) fell while riding an electric scooter on Geomundo Island, Samsan-myeon, Yeosu City, fracturing his right arm and sustaining bruises on his shoulder and knee, and an emergency transport request was made at Geomun Health Center.
Subsequently, at around 3:41 PM on Geomundo Island, Mr. B (45 years old) was found collapsed in front of the restroom for unknown reasons while waiting for a passenger ship to depart, suffering a skull fracture and facial bleeding, and was reported by an acquaintance.
Upon receiving the reports, Yeosu Maritime Police immediately requested support from the doctor helicopter, and after emergency treatment at Geomun Health Center, the emergency patients Mr. A and Mr. B were handed over to the doctor helicopter waiting at Geomundo helipad and urgently transported to a hospital located in Mokpo.
