The exercise class is a customized free exercise program designed to encourage regular physical activity in daily life and to manage obesity and chronic diseases.
This exercise class consists of a total of five groups: the Low Back Pain ZERO Exercise Class for adults needing posture correction and core strengthening exercises, the Chronic Disease Exercise Class for physical fitness improvement, the Shinbaram Exercise Class for fall prevention and balance exercises for citizens aged 60 and over, and the Yoga Exercise Class, a customized program for practicing a healthy lifestyle.
The classes will be held over a total of three months from the 28th to September 17th. Pre- and post-assessments will be conducted, including basic health checks (blood pressure), body fat analysis and consultation, and physical fitness tests.
