364 New COVID-19 Cases Nationwide by 6 PM... 61 Fewer Than Yesterday
According to the quarantine authorities, Seoul city, and other local governments, a total of 364 new COVID-19 cases were reported nationwide from midnight to 6 p.m. on the 7th. This is 61 fewer than the 425 cases recorded at the same time the previous day.
Looking at the regions where cases were reported on this day, 233 cases (64.0%) were in the metropolitan area, and 131 cases (36.0%) were in non-metropolitan areas. By city and province, there were 115 cases in Seoul, 108 in Gyeonggi, 43 in Gyeongnam, 23 in Daegu, 17 in Daejeon, 15 in Busan, 10 in Incheon, 7 each in Gyeongbuk and Jeju, 6 in Chungbuk, 5 in Gangwon, 4 in Chungnam, 2 in Ulsan, and 1 each in Jeonbuk and Jeonnam.
