Muan Hwangto Getbol Land, Online Emotional Camp Operation
Various Experience Events Planned, Including Making Plaster Air Fresheners
[Muan=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 7th that it will operate an online emotional camp for tourists who cannot visit Muan Hwangto Mudflat Land due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
The online emotional camp is a program where children and families watch videos at home and participate in hands-on activities, including making mood lamps and plaster air fresheners.
The program will be held five times from June to October, and the first video was posted on the Muan Hwangto Mudflat Land website and the YouTube channel 'Hwangto Mudflat TV' on the 7th.
The first program, making mood lamps, was very popular, with applications coming from Gwangju, Jeonnam, and all over the country, and the 300 experience kits were fully booked within four days of opening applications.
The experience kits are provided to the first 300 applicants starting from the second Monday of each month. Those who wish to receive the kits can either visit Muan Hwangto Mudflat Land in person or apply online through the website to receive them via cash-on-delivery shipping.
From June, the county plans to conduct various monthly hands-on activities such as making plaster air fresheners, personalized ceramic bowls, small sea diffusers, and Sipjangsaengdo eco-bags. For detailed information about the programs, inquiries can be made to the Muan Ecological Mudflat Office.
