Five Companies from Suncheon-si Changupyeondang Selected for National Support Projects
Performance of Customized Business Plan Development Guidance by Startup Planners (Accelerators)
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] On the 3rd, Suncheon City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Heo Seok) announced that five companies from the startup support facility ‘Changup Yeondang’ were finally selected for the preliminary and early startup package implemented by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Accordingly, the five selected companies will receive commercialization funds of up to 100 million KRW for prototype production, intellectual property acquisition, marketing, and other expenses.
This achievement is the result of Changup Yeondang, established under the city’s startup promotion policy, providing support for patent applications and business plan writing education to prospective and existing entrepreneurs wishing to start a business in the city.
At Changup Yeondang, along with support for prospective entrepreneurs, about ten early-stage startups reside and focus on commercialization through business incubation.
