Prudential Life Introduces COVID-19 Vaccine Leave for Employees
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Prudential Life Insurance announced on the 3rd that it will provide paid leave to all employees who receive the vaccine.
Employees who receive the COVID-19 vaccine can use paid leave on the day of vaccination and the following day, regardless of any adverse reactions.
If adverse reactions occur after using the two days of vaccine leave, employees can use an additional day of paid leave. If adverse reactions persist, employees can take leave for medical examinations according to government guidelines.
