View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] ADT Caps (CEO Park Jin-hyo) announced on the 3rd that it has signed an MOU for a comprehensive business agreement with Solity (CEO Byun Chang-ho), a leading smart door lock company in Korea. Solity is the largest door lock manufacturer in Korea, leading the popularization of smart door locks by integrating artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies into door locks.
Through this agreement, both companies plan to collaborate between ADT Caps' smart home security service 'CapsHome' and the smart door lock 'Solity' to provide consumers with more advanced security benefits. In particular, ADT Caps and Solity agreed to link the CapsHome app and the Smart Solity app to enhance customers' safety in daily life. They will also establish a mutual cooperation system, including developing and launching products that combine the technological strengths of both companies to maximize synergy.
