Hyundai Motor and Kia Send 'Food Trucks' to Outstanding Partners

The 'Visiting Award Event' is an event that selects and rewards outstanding partner companies that have contributed to new car development and top-level quality. To accommodate the convenience of partner company employees, a 'food truck' is sent on-site, and gifts are delivered to the employees' families.
Hyundai Motor Company and Kia prepared this event to boost the morale of partner company employees who contributed to vehicle development through active collaboration despite the challenging external conditions caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
In the first event held at the end of May, two companies, 'Ilji Tech' and 'Jinwon,' were selected as outstanding partner companies for their efforts in securing the initial quality of the Genesis GV70.
'Ilji Tech' is a company that produces body parts such as rear lamp fixing body panels applied to the GV70, and 'Jinwon' is a company that manufactures the roof rack for the GV70.
Both companies supplied products of excellent quality related to the initial production parts of the GV70, contributing to securing the excellent quality of the GV70.
Hyundai Motor Company and Kia plan to select an additional 14 outstanding partner companies this year that have contributed to the development and quality of new cars including the GV70, K8, Ioniq 5, and EV6, and will conduct the 'Visiting Award Event.'
