View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The Win-Win Growth Committee announced on the 1st that it will hold the '3rd Win-Win Growth Large Corporation Partner PR Challenge' to promote mid-sized and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) that are good places to work in collaboration with Kookmin Bank.
The 'Win-Win Growth Large Corporation Partner PR Challenge' is a program in which partner companies (mid-sized and SMEs) of large corporations participating in win-win growth challenge themselves to PR (Public Relation) as good workplaces targeting job seekers. It introduces mid-sized and SMEs with excellent salaries and welfare benefits that are not yet well known to job seekers.
Six large corporation partners selected directly by job seekers will participate in this event. The participating companies are ▲Korea Academy Consulting ▲FST ▲P&P Secure ▲Winpack ▲QRT ▲CrowdWorks, which are partners of Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, DL E&C, and Naver.
The event program will be conducted through YouTube filming and video production support. Participating companies will convey detailed information to job seekers through videos featuring interviews with company representatives and current employees about management philosophy, in-house welfare and salaries, corporate culture, and recruitment plans.
Videos containing various information about the participating companies can be viewed on the KB Good Job website, the Win-Win Growth Committee’s YouTube channel, and SNS until the 14th.
