It is known that the meeting included a direction to divide LH into a holding company and subsidiaries, with the holding company responsible for housing operation and management, and the subsidiaries responsible for land development and housing construction. Attendees of the meeting included MOLIT Minister Noh Hyung-wook, LH President Kim Hyun-joon, and National Assembly Land Committee Chairperson Jin Sun-mi.
