[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Daejeon City is launching support for online marketing for startup companies.
The city announced on the 27th that it will recruit companies wishing to receive online marketing support until the 11th of next month.
Applicants must be startups within 7 years of establishment. The city will select around 25 companies and provide up to 6 million KRW per company. The selected companies are responsible for 10% of the project cost.
Selected companies will receive promotional videos to advertise and sell their products on online shopping malls or social networks (SNS).
The purpose of this project is to increase sales by supporting consulting and video production tailored to the product characteristics and usage purposes of startups, thereby enhancing product and corporate brand awareness.
The city has been implementing this project since last year, and reflecting the participation rate and satisfaction of companies in the first year, the support scale has been increased by 20% compared to the previous year.
